Born on 12 July 2008 in Paris, Andrea Charles Dupé Sebe discovered motorsport at the age of six and quickly turned a childhood passion into a professional career. Coming from a family of motorsport enthusiasts, he grew up with Formula 1 and rallying as weekend rituals — a culture that would soon shape his entire trajectory.
After his early years in karting in Spain, in the regional championship with RC2 Team (Marc Ribas) then in the national championship with Kids to Win (José Luis Bermúdez), Andrea joined the Italian national championship in 2021 and cut his teeth with RSG Team (Renato Merlin) before entering the European IAME X30 Championship with Team Driver (Devid De Luchi). Quickly spotted by Jean-Philippe Guignet, he joined the official Sodi Factory Team in 2022, establishing himself as one of the most promising European karting talents of his generation. His third-place qualifying performances at the CIK-FIA European Championship in Franciacorta and at the CIK-FIA World Championship in Sarno confirmed his potential.
In 2023, he joined Kart Republic, the team led by Dino Chiesa, mentor to champions such as Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg as well as Kimi Antonelli. That season, Andrea regularly featured in the top 5, secured his first pole positions in international races and ended up claiming the title of Vice-Champion of Italy in OK, ahead of fellow French drivers Maxens Verbrugge and Jules Caranta. That same year, he qualified 4th at the World Championship but would finish only 23rd in the final following a crash just laps from the finish.
In 2024, Andrea was recruited by the prestigious Prema Racing Kart team, but would have to miss the first half of the year following surgery. He made an excellent comeback with a 3rd-place qualifying and 8th-place finish in a European Championship round. He was spotted there by the prestigious Richard Mille Young Talent Academy, posting the fastest time in the pre-selection tests at Alcarràs Circuit and finishing fourth in the final shootout at Jerez — coming very close to a fully funded seat with MP Motorsport in Spanish F4.
At the end of 2024, Andrea completed his first single-seater tests with AKM (Marco Antonelli), coached by his son Kimi Antonelli (Mercedes F1 driver). He made his F4 racing debut in 2025 with AS Motorsport in the Formula Winter Series, then Andrea signed with Prema Racing — one of the most prestigious junior teams in motorsport — for the Italian and European F4 Championships, alongside Kean Nakamura-Berta and Oleksandr Bondarev. Prema has launched the careers of champions like Charles Leclerc, Pierre Gasly and Oscar Piastri.
For 2026, Andrea takes on his most ambitious challenge: a full season in the FIA Formula Regional European Championship with Van Amersfoort Racing, after a pre-season with G4 Racing in the Formula Regional Middle East Trophy. Coached by former French racing driver Bruno Besson (European F3 Champion) and managed by Jeremy Satis and Guillaume Le Goff at The Grid Agency — alongside Pierre Gasly and Isack Hadjar — Andrea now sets his sights on the European podium and the next steps toward Formula 3, Formula 2 and ultimately Formula 1.
